This beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog portrait was commissioned as a surprise birthday gift to make a matching pair with an another portrait I had created a couple of years earlier.

Produced using Faber Castell and Caran D’Ache pencils on Pale Blue coloured Pastemat combining traditional hand drawing and water-colour painting techniques to build up the depth and details.
